Hayden Pickett joined John Perkins Construction in 2010. He is an experienced Carpenter by trade, but has worked as a site manager for more than 20 years.
During his time with John Perkins, he has managed teams at award-winning sites. His honours include taking home the Most Considerate Site (£1m-5m category) accolade at the 2018 Considerate Constructors Scheme Awards (for his work at Hutton CE Primary School). This follows two consecutive National Site Award wins at the CCS Awards (for Fosse Way School and Kingswood School), and a Somerset Building Control Award (for YMCA Highbridge).
